1. Our Services
Auzzy Cash for Cars provides professional vehicle purchasing, towing, and related services across Brisbane and nearby regions. We buy vehicles in any condition — including used, unwanted, damaged, unregistered, and written-off — in compliance with Queensland legislation and environmental standards.
2. Quotations and Valuations
All quotations are based on the information you provide about your vehicle. We reserve the right to revise or withdraw a quote if the vehicle’s actual condition, ownership, or details differ from your description. All quotes are obligation-free unless otherwise confirmed in writing.
3. Vehicle Ownership and Verification
By selling your vehicle to Auzzy Cash for Cars, you confirm that:
You are the legal owner or have full authority to sell the vehicle.
The vehicle is free from finance, liens, or encumbrances, or that you have consent from the finance holder.
You will provide valid identification and ownership proof (e.g., registration certificate, driver’s licence, or proof of purchase).
We may conduct ownership and encumbrance checks through the Personal Property Securities Register (PPSR) and/or the Queensland Written-Off Vehicle Register (WOVR) prior to finalising the purchase.
4. Payment
Payment will be processed immediately after vehicle collection and verification of ownership. All transactions are made securely via electronic transfer methods (such as Bank Transfer or PayID) in compliance with the Waste Reduction and Recycling (Administration) Regulation 2020 (QLD).
We do not offer cash payments under any circumstances. Once payment is confirmed, ownership of the vehicle transfers to Auzzy Cash for Cars.
5. Vehicle Collection and Removal
Vehicle pickup is provided free of charge within our service areas unless otherwise stated. You must ensure safe and unobstructed access to the vehicle at the time of collection.
Please remove all personal belongings before pickup — Auzzy Cash for Cars is not responsible for any items left in the vehicle. Once payment is made, all rights and responsibilities for the vehicle transfer to us.
6. Cancellations
You may cancel your booking anytime prior to collection without any charge.
We reserve the right to cancel a booking if:
The information provided is false, misleading, or incomplete.
The vehicle is unsafe to access or tow.
Circumstances beyond our control prevent completion of the collection.
7. Limitation of Liability
Auzzy Cash for Cars is not liable for:
Any loss or damage resulting from your use of our website or services.
Indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.
Claims related to personal items left inside the vehicle after collection.
We act in accordance with Queensland law and the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) to ensure fairness and compliance in all dealings.
8. Intellectual Property
All website content, including text, images, and logos, is the property of Auzzy Cash for Cars and protected under Australian copyright law.
You may not copy, reproduce, or modify any content without our prior written consent.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.
